Some videos from the track

Finally ran at the local 1/8th mile track the other night. It's at pretty much sea level, was in the upper 80s. This was my first time at the track with the car being manual.

Most of my runs were 8.4-8.6, best was in sig. 60's averaged at about 2.1.

Nice races but your car appears to be running quite slow for what it has done to it. A conversion of 12.79 would be your fastest pass. I would have figured with the stroker, heads, and cam you would be good for very low 12s high 11s. A 1.88 on street tires is fairly decent too.

Please do not think I am trying to insult you but I am just curious if your setup is running right?

Well the heads are only slightly worked, I believe that had just a 3 angle valve job. Not a full on port/polish job. The cam is an lt4 hotcam which was a pretty bad decision all together, waaay too small. It is running rich also.

I know the cam is quite tiny. You should look into a comp306 or something similar. I would also lower that tire pressure.....30psi? Damn dude

As for the running rich. I would rather foul plugs all day over the lean consequences.

Yeah, as soon as I get a rearend and fix all the other little stuff fixed im swapping to a 306 or a gm847. And about the tire pressure, i completely forgot about it til I got home.
