Raced a '10 Camaro
And yes it was the V6 and yes it was with my LS1, and yes I put bus lengths on him.
He pulled in the sunoco parking lot after me and explained that he honestly thought he could take me cause he heard that the V6's power had approached the previous Z28's and SS's output. I told them that the magazine and video editors are smoking crack and that the 98-02 LS1's are just about as fast as the new SS.
He could not believe me either when I told him that my previous Z28 with the LT1 did a 13.8 bone stock.
So yea, kinda made him think different on his purchase...he says that he wished he would have saved a few grand and got the SS or just purchased a fourth gen :-)

It's nice to think that, but assuming equally talented drivers and no mishaps, the GT wins every time. Compared to a 2010 Mustang GT, the 2010 Camaro LS/LT is heavier, has a bit less horsepower, has a LOT less torque, and has a gearing disadvantage.
