Sway bar cause front to not sit properly?

For some reason the front of my car sits about 1/2-1" higher than the rear.If the sway bar was binding,would it cause this? I checked the perch for the springs and they are seated correctly.I am using the stock springs for now.The rear is pretty much ok,the drivers side just sits a little lower due to the sub box.Trying to figure out where I should start.

Unless the car is in a hard corner and the body is starting to roll, the sway bars do not affect the ride height in any way. What do you mean by "binding"? Do you mean the bushings are somehow "frozen", preventing the bar from rotating? I don't think that's possible.

If your sub box is heavy enough to cause one side of the rear to sit low, do you think it's possible it's causing the entire rear of the car to sit lower?
