Rear suspension
I need to replace bushings throughout rearend. I have heard that polyurethane bushings are overkill unless you'll be competing on a course. Can anyone give some insight? Any upgrades that should be done being that I'll have it ripped apart?

Actually, polyurethane bushing are better for straight line applications like drag racing. Using poly in the lower control arms can lead to suspension bind as the chassis starts to roll as it would on a road course or with spirited street driving.
There are LCA's available with a combination of poly and soft rubber, or poly and spherical rod ends, and someone makes a spherical poly end. But the sherical rod ends require a full replacement of the LCA. Have you considered upgrading to a set of tubular LCA's, LCA relocation brackets, and a tubular panhard bar?
I found poly works good on the sway bars, including both the bushings for the bar and the bushings for the end links. They add a bit to roll resistance without the need for a larger bar.
