rear lower springs for drag racing ??
My car tends to sit kind of high in the back, i'm trying to lower it to balance it out and to get a better launch at the track.. any suggestions for lowering springs in back?

Lowering it isn't going to help. At a minimum, you would need LCA relocation brackets to prevent the chassis end of the LCA from dropping below the axle end of the LCA. When that happens, that would promote wheel hop. Too much "squat" isn't good. If you just want to drop it a bit, pull the rear springs out and remove the upper spring seats. Then slide a length of rubber hose over the top spring coil to limit damage to the chassis sheet metal.
My car sits higher than stock in the back because of the Eibach Drag Launch springs, and I have no traction problems at all. The last thing I would do is lower it.
And since this isn't really an "Appearance" topic, let's mover this to "Suspension, Chassis and Brakes".

I just found some spohn bolt on ones. I took the car out today for a test drive, and with it running the way it should, the rear end definitely feels wavy in the back in high speeds..any ideas of this, or to tighten it up? The wheels aren't fishtailing.. it just feels wavy in the back.

Nearly impossible to tell what you mean by "wavy". Do you mean it sways side-to-side (problem with panhard bar)?
What tires are you running? With my 315/35-17 drag radials, hammer it on the street and you can feel the rear end wandering side-to-side as the tires ride in the grooves worn in the asphalt by the 80,000# trucks. But just driving, not wandering.

the car definitely feels like the back of the car sways right and left in high speeds in a straight line.. more so with my slicks on. the back doesn't feel tight.. it feels soft to me when swaying in high speeds.. front feels fine. stock panhard and sway bars. aftermarket lower control arms, but I've ordered the lca relocation brackets for them. springs and shocks stock as well.

ok, putting on a new panhard adjustable bar.. figured I might as well. got it with 2 adjustable lower control arms.. just waiting for my relocation brackets to come in.
