Keep in mind that this kit consists of the prebent hoop, the floor plates, and a pile of jig notched straight pipes. It's not all prebent and precut like the Wolfe bar.
I just put the Jegs one in my car. Tons of extra work, with a pipe bender, and a means to cut the pipes.
