Need help tracking down my old 1976 Firebird from Georgia.

Back around 1986, I purchased a 1976 Firebird Esprit from a small used car dealership (Wildcat Motors) on Bankhead Highway in Austell, GA . The car lot changed hands about 3 times since then and is no longer around. I had the car a couple years then sold it back to the lot. The owner of the lot is now deceased. I'm now trying to track down the car again.....

It's a gold 1976 Firebird Esprit with camel/tan vinyl interior. 350 automatic.
If you are familiar with the old TV series the Rockford Files, it looked like the original 1976 Firebird Esprit Jim Rockford drove but this one had a spoiler.

I know it's a long shot but if anyone can assist in this, I'd greatly appreciate it. It's my undertanding that the Georgia DMV has purged their files from this era and any search through them is not an option.
