Good body shops in Orlando, CFL? Any good dealerships??? (Corvette)
So my dad got in a fender bender in the vette. Slow moving but lots of cosmetic damage, hit an SUV from behind. From the talk over the phone, the nose, a headlight assembly, front fender, hood. He said he is worried about the hood hinge. No major frame damage.
Basically he got a quote from our normal car dealer in south florida. But they are backed up till like september before they can fix it. They said they have been sending people to the dealers to up here(part of the courtesy dealership or whatever)
He is very much not into driving the car much, (one headlight, he is worried about the hood hinge, etc...) but we are pretty sure we can get triple A to tow it up here. So any advice is welcome.
Also looking at the hassle, he is considering taking the check from insurance and selling the vette as is, this is just a thought but putting it out there if someone is looking at it. He has had his eye on Z06 for a bit.
2k1 C5 Black on black 6-speed. probably has between 50-60k
Quick vid of it when I had it right after hurricane wilma and detailed it for my dad. Runs strong obviously, and it has new tires.

I offered I'd trade him straight up for my Camaro

He's probably better off taking the check. If he ever sells it down the road, CARFAX will have that history on it.

I've used Harper Paint & Body before and they have been great. They are a smaller shop but do great work. There phone number is 407-299-2164.

We've got an ace paint and body shop here in Sebring. It's a little out of your way but the work is top notch. Steve at Artistic Body Work 863-382-0090

Kelly Chevrolet uses an awesome shop down here. A friend of mine took his Vette there after being rearended...they repainted the car and it's better than factory!!!

Car ER over in Winter Park fixed my car after some dumb girl rear ended me. They did a kick *** job but I think they worked a little harder for me because I worked next door and sent them tons of business. If you go there ask for Tom Stokes and tell him Abe from Firestone sent you.
