Unfortunate Dealings

Hello all,

Just writing to report in on a sad transaction that took place between LilBush555 and myself. It actually took place late October/ Early Septemberish of last year, but I wanted to give him every opportunity to redeem himself as I hate writing these! I sent Matt $170 for a complete LT-1 intake (w/ fuel rails, TB, and injectors). Upon receiving the cash, he informed me that when he took off the intake he found a big crack and did not want to sell the intake to me in that condition. He asked me if I wanted everything minus the intake PLUS $30 back OR all my $$$ back. As I was looking mainly for the other stuff I agreed to the former arrangement. The stuff was in excellent shape (I will give him that), but no $$$. I informed him of this, and he first said it accidentally got shipped somewhere else and was resolving the problem. Later he tells me that he sent it and that it must be caught up in the holdiday mail. As I almost always give everyone the benefit of the doubt, I believed him. I believe that I have been fair throughout and allowed adequate time. Matt, if you are reading this, it is only $30, so if you haven't sent it now, keep it! I am not going to call the cops. I am not going to track you down, and I am not gonna threaten you. I am just REALLY disappointed. I just wanted to inform everyone else as I thought they might want to know. If (by some chance) I do get this $$$, I will write a full retraction WITH and apology, but until then, everyone else gets to read about it. In closing, Matt, I much would have rather posted positive feedback, as I enjoy doing so, but you left me no choice. I hope other people had better luck in their dealings on this board last year and will have with the new year at hand. Thanks!
