I blame it on both Beccas for not having their cars out yet. They have jinxed us all be BELIEVING there will be more snow. Now they must pay with Sun Worship dances to appease the gods of warm weather!

Doesn't matter to me. My car is in pieces and my bike doesn't run.

 

I'm still guessing on one more snow before summer is really here.

For a minute there I thought you were talking about my marriage! hehe...Our anniversary is April 1st.



As long as it doesn't snow on my birthday (April 10th) I will be happy. Besides...my car will be apart anyhow so I won't be able to enjoy it.

 

You say I'm cursing it by leaving my car in storage but I can guarantee this... if I had brought it out already, we'd be skiing still!

Anyways, I'm having a tough time deciding when to bring it out this year. When I do bring it out, I'll be sending my '90 Lumina (winter car) to the shop for a serious tune-up/overhaul. I have to be sure the weather is ready, and my pocketbook has a little extra cushion as well.

 

can't remember if it was last year or the year before, but sometime around mid april to late april me and dad were doing yard work when we started seeing the beautiful white flakes in the sky, at first my dad thought someone was burning wood and causing ashes, well it wasn't and the snow didn't stick cause it was to hot mid 50s and the snow was to light. When I drove through South Dakota a few years back on May 21 I went through a huge snow strom, must have been a foot of snow on the ground, I had to stop driving it was so bad, the guys at the gas station laughed at my surprised comments and said "ya we get some good snow around here and sometimes it doesn't stop until June, HA HA" I thought to myself, ya real funny, the jokes on you fools who want to live in a state with nothing around for miles and snow in June. Even though Michigan weather sucks, at least we don't have it that bad.

I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jerry I live in commerce twn. MI. I have been a memeber of this site for a while. But i have never gone on to this michigan post. The 1st time i did was tonight and it was very intertaining ! U guys are really funny and cool. U made me laugh really hard with that whole thing going on with that brent charecter. I hope u guys got everything back and everything. But yeah i am glad i found this michigan thing. Hometown guys haha. But yeah michigan weather is stupid , at least it has been nice , hopefully no more snow !! I am glad to be aboard this Site. It is an awsome site. I read in that brent post he donated money or something, where can i do this ! this is an excellent site, and i dont know what i would do if it ever stopped. Everyone keep up the great work.
