Putting in new Canton Oil Pan with motor in car

Has anyone put a new Canton Oil Pan on in an LT1 car with the motor in the car?

The car is an M6. What steps did you take?

Thanks,

Randy

Dont know about the Canton, but you will at minimum have to raise the engine about 2" to get the stock pan clear of the crank, some people rotate the crank which also helps.

How about the M6 compared to a auto..........I here the auto is easier.

Gotta figure this out before race season....5 weeks!
