Cool Lowering Kits, Suggestions

I need some suggestions on a lowering kit for a 99 Z28. I have my eye on this: http://www.thunderracing.com/index.c...ategoryid=1068 It's the lowering kit about 2/3 of the way down. I'm just curious if this is a good one. Should I get some shocks to go along with it? Also, do you think it will allow enough room for 18's and rubber? Thanks

Lowering your car will make you lose traction. In order to get it back you need some LCA re-location brackets.

In the corners you'll gain traction, in a straight line you usually lose it due to higher spring rates thus less weight transfer.

I think your banging problems had more to do with your choice of header. SLPs hang very low
