Thought I would post this here as well, just in case anyone was going to be over on the island:
Hello Everyone,
VIFBody will be having another meet on Saturday, February 15th. The location is Boston Pizza in Nanaimo, at 2-5779 Turner Rd. We will be meeting there between 12:00noon and 12:30pm for some lunch. There will be a photo shoot after lunch, hopefully a cruise (if the weather is good), and then we will stop at a pool hall for a bit.
Here are some directions for member's heading north up the highway from Duncan, Victoria, etc:
Stay on the freeway that takes you around Nanaimo,
Turn right onto exit 24 (Mostar Road),
Move over to the left hand lane,
Turn left on the Island Highway (just after a set of train tracks),
You will soon come to Turner Road,
Turn right on Turner Road,
And then right again into the parking lot.
Lowered cars will need to take is slow.
