Would K.I.T.T. have looked better as a camaro

I loved knight rider, when it first came out.... which they would have waited a lil longer for the new camaro, for the remake. That mustang doesnt fit as the new knight rider... http://videos.streetfire.net/video/W...-As_648275.htm

Absolutely a Camaro would have made a better KITT.
The mail slot is the perfect place for the red scanner light.
Plus the Camaro is more menacing looking than the Mustang.

the new knight rider tv show is so terrible that I'm glad the Camaro didn't get dragged into it. I thought it was cancelled already.

The new Knight Rider is kinda hard to swallow, and I think it could do without alot of the side love story, but I will agree I was taken back by the mustang choice. Especially since it turns into a f-150.

I thought that it should have been a Z06 personally. Its the one that closely matches the wedge styling of the original or the concept car used in the knight rider 2000 tv movie.

KITT is even bad for a Mustang. Even though I think the Camaro would have been a better fit as KITT I wouldn't have wanted them to destroy the cars style.

GM did much better in going with Transformers and Bumblebee than Ford did with Knight Rider.

Yup i agree with that... I think the new knight rider show sucks. The reason is the mustang keeps on converting to all these other types of vehicles.... especailly a f-150. i was like WTF were they thinking... the old show kept it real with the same car.. so i guess it was better for the new camaro to have stayed away from the new knight rider.

Look at the intended audience for Knight Rider and compare it with the intended audience/buyer for the 5th Gen. Chevy was very smart in not bidding on that. It would have been 100% wasted money.

Wha happened to that show "My Own Worst Enemy" where Christian Lsater drove a silver SS? Did that get canceled or what? I just quit seeing commercials for it...
