Post opinions on IDQ 12...

cant decide between fosgate HX2's, or Image Dynamics IDQ's...

im looking for a dual 12" setup and sending each sub 450 watts.. i heard of people sucessfully running 650 watts on the IDQ's... so i think i can squeeze by with 450

i want like 70SQ/30SPL i think... i just want really good SQ, i dont care about being heard miles away, i just want to atleast feel the bass when its really loud hehe i i know the fosgates can put out some good SPL, but i want more SQ...

ah i dont know, give me your opinions thanks

This is an easy one, for a SQ sub the IDQ is my pick over the HX2 ANY day!!! the HX2 will likely get louder, but the IDQ is a fantastic economical sub for sound quality.

well the IDQ can get decently loud, a pair would definatly get louder than most people need for music. If you want something that sounds just as good, but has the ability to get louder with little power then look into the Adire Shivas, or maybe a single Tempest. They both are tight, deep and beautiful sounding and very efficient, but you do give up a bit of box size tho.... well worth the trade IMO.
