4-pack cluster gauges question?

Was just pricing a LS and LT1 camaro...noticed in the options it says nothing about the 4-pack cluster gauges that are console mounted in front of the shifter...but in the LT2 and SS models its an included option...my question is has anyone seen what the car looks like without them...is there just a dummy plastic cover where the gauges should be...wonder if I can get the gauges as an add-on to the LT1?

Has a tray in that location instead, doesn't come up like the gauges do. Search around, there's photos of it out there.

On the left is the traction control button, on the right is the flip-up cover to your auxiliary 12 volt.

Thanks!

Another question:
Is that the door lock/unlock button between the HVAC controls?

I actually didn't fiddle with that button when I was playing around in the car, but if I recall, the only switches on the doors are the ones for the windows, so I'm going to assume so.

Yes, and the hazzard flasher button is just above that. Trunk release and windows are on the doors.

There's a kind of quick start guide running around here somewhere, but I'm at work and our firewall isn't cooperating tonight. I'm doing good to log on.

Don't see why not. I've seen them listed as a dealer accessory. I imagine there's a harness behind the dash somewhere.

Its the burnout button. Push it and it lets you do burnouts. The little picture says so.

I have a question. If you get a trim that does not include the 4-pack of gauges them you just don't get to know your oil pressure and volts? I guess I can go without knowing the oil and tranny temps but whats up? Do we atleast get an idiot light for the other two?

Yes you will get an idiot light for all that. Most cars today don't come with oil pressure or volts gauges anymore.
