There was also a first gen Camaro with a blue stripe (although it wasn't a racing stripe) that paced the Indy 500.
Either way...this paint scheme looks a lot better than the one it had for the Daytona 500

That means there will be a lot of them driving around Indy the closer it gets to May...I'll have to start carrying a camera with me. I'll definitely get some pics when I'm there for practice and qualifying

I believe they are only making the 2 or 3 actual pace cars and no festival cars.
