probably get it for invoice if you wait...
I just got this reply back from the Internet Manager of my local dealer:

"As far as the Camaro's go, we aren't even getting our first ones until at least the middle of next month. The first 6 or 7 are pre-sold. Chevy hasn't let us know about how many we will be getting the first year, so its hard to answer you question about invoice pricing. I would expect if they make a bunch of them available that could happen by the end of the year, but if they keep the production levels low, it will be a while. I don't expect to see employee pricing on them at all in the first couple of years, but you never know."

A little patience may save a lot of $$$....

I just reread your post 3 times trying to see what you apparently saw.
I see nothing about Camaro "probably" going for invoice pricing.
You might want to read it again bud.

From all I've heard Chevy has no plan to limit production. By the end of the year there could, probably will, be "a bunch of them available". If so, invoice pricing is a real possibility.

The Economy is going to hurt the launch of the Camaro. So at first dealers will get mark up on a few but I think it will be like the Vette. Every dealer will have one that they will not even be able to give away..Then when the convertible comes out, some are waiting on ti instead...
