It is a black 1996 Z28 A4. I am buying some Tork Imagines. They only come in black or Hyperblack. I am going to go with the Hyperblacks in 18's front/ 19's rear or 18's on all 4 corners (havent figured that part out). I am also going to paint the car. What color would go well with the Hyperblack? I am thinking white, but I am open to any suggestions or maybe some photoshopping?

 

Those are nice.. im sure they will look great no matter what color.. but i would say SOM would be my first vote.. followed by red / silver!

Paint the car to match the rims? I've never heard that before.

But those basically look the same color as most rims, so anything will work.

definately not white. i would say keep the black. try to restore the paint as much as you can with polish and such. if there are parts that cant be saved i would just get those painted. it will also be cheaper if it does need a respray to do black because the door jams and engine compartment wont need to be painted. those wheels are sweet tho. how much did they cost you?

 

I havent bought them yet. The paint is in bad shape and faded, so It really needs a paint job. the rims are a hyperblack color, so they are kinda a sliver/grey color I guess. I havent seen them in person, but the only come in black or hyperblack. I don't mind changing the color of the car, its only ~200-300 dollars more for jambs and such.
