My car vs a 2000 MTI 382 with a 200 shot?
Do you think I have any chance at winning with my 95 Z28 in my sig (more specific details, 15#'s of boost, meth injection, fully ported AFR 180 heads, fully built 383 LT1 with all the supporting mods, 3.73's, stock M6 with SPEC stage 3 clutch, Moser 12 bolt, full suspension, no good track times) 614 RWHP
vs
2000 Z28, MTI 382 (fully forged), AFR 225 heads, custom cam, FAST 90/90, Vigilante 3800 converter with a fully built 4L60 E, Nitrous Express 200 shot with NANO, all supporting mods. This car went low 10's when it was a 175 shot without the NANO. No new times with the NANO and the 200 shot. No dyno numbers.
The race would take place at a low MPH roll (10-20 MPH).
Does anyone think I might have a chance?

If he has a fully built ls1 id imagin he is well over 500whp before the nitrous. The anwser is to up your boost I dout a low mph roll will help you much, if any.

I've got about 13#'s of boost on a warm day. It'll hit 15#'s of boost if its really cool and dry out.

Thanks man. He's a good friend, so I don't wan't to razz him too much. I was very content with the outcome. My car has never seen 10's at the track (still working on traction not being able to mount a skinnie on the front given my Baer brakes), and his car saw low 10's before the extra spray and the NANO. His car definatly pulled mine way up top, but mine definatly had the advantage low to about the 1/4 mile.

Ben, a little extra gear (or taller tire) and some more suspension tweaking to get your 60' down to the 1.4x range and your car has easy 10's written all over it.

hes pulling on you up top but from a roll if you guys where to take them to the track with both cars hooking i think the lt1 will pre-vail and the ls1 wont start moving until its to late, tell him if he wants to run speeds in excess of 150mph + to take that ISH to the bonneville salt flats...lol its not like either of you clock 150 thru the traps inthe 1/4 mile is still say the big ole heavy lt1 still moves betta...
