I just got an invitation to an online GM survey. It asked questions about perception on brands and how they have changed in the last year.

Also there were also questions about recent (within 12 months) major purchases and planned purchases within 1 year. Brands were Hyundai, Saturn, Nissan, Toyota, Pontiac, Chevrolet, Mazda, and Ford. I wonder if GM is just seeing how well their marketing is doing or if they are using this to consider what brands it may dump next.
