Sunroof

Does anyone know if the sunroof slides back or does it slide up?

That means JasonD lied to us
I seem to have recalled something incorrectly here when I made this original post. JasonD didn't lie to us, he's the man. Please don't curse my new Camaro when I get one...

I had thought that it pops up in back OR slides into the roof when fully retracted....doesn't look like it, though. I was actually leaning towards getting one, but if that's the case.....

I can't decide if I want a sunroof or not. Every car I've owned with T-Tops has leaked... I've never owned a sunroof car and I'm just afraid it's going to be like my T-Top experiences all over again... plus the Mohawk looks good on the non-sunroof car.

Im with you . I would love to have some sort of open roof and as much as I love the reverse mohawk I was about sold on a sunroof, but after seeing it doesn't go into the roof...

I think I'll have to stick to just having a daily with a sunroof...o well that'll save a grand or so on my purchase price.

Most coupes cant do sunroofs that slide into the roof due to the curvature of the roof, the size of the roof and the size of the sunroof. I like the look of a sunroof popped up and back but to each his own. I think it looks really good in that pic. Though if/when I get the 5th gen it will likely be sans-sunroof but I do like the look.
