Rottoworks Rotors and HPS Pads?

Are these a good deal?

At ws6store they are under $300, My brakes over the winter have rusted together and I think its time to step up because I was never happy with the stopping power I had.

Should I just get slotted rotors? I hear that drilled usually crack.

For pads I would recommend Hawk's ceramic pads ... well, basically ANY ceramic (if you don't like brake dust and squealing ). I ran the Hawk HPS, and I hate them. The wheels never stay clean, and after not much time at all, they started squealing like crazy when they get hot!? Garbage.

I've also taken my car out on a couple tracks ... just a street ceramic pad (not Hawks) worked WAY better than the HPS pads. Not that either are intended for track use, but I'm just saying, IMO, they're crap .

I know some people seem to like them, but just IMO, I'd go for the Hawk ceramics for the street .
