I have the 555Rs on the back of my car and I like them. Never really got on them too bad or used them on the track, but on the street I have no problems.

I got 555 in the front and 555r drag radial in the rear. My favorite tire combo so far. Especially for the price. I would reccommend them.

I've run the drags and the R2s previously. Dealing with gravel and the fact that I end up having to change them twice a year got me off the R compounds and into the streets. Good tire, decent grip while dry and no issues in the rain. I managed to squeeze 10k miles out of the 100 treadwear R compounds so I'm hoping for close to 20k with the much higher (numerically) treadwear streets. Pretty smooth on the breakaway, it's not like they just give out on you with no warning.

At the strip I hooked like crazy, 3500 rpm clutch drops and they just stuck and pushed back. Strip prep could have been really good too, but I was surprised how well they grabbed. At the track (as in turns) they were more than adequate too. I was more confident on the compounds of course but the streets were up to the job too. They weren't even making any noise while I could see some other cars were starting to squeal.

I have the nt555's at all four corners, I love them, great in wet, I am truely amazed with the wet traction they have, will be buying these whenever the current set wear out.
