Video! Video! Video!
Here it is....
now please realise that i was shooting this footage while following on my motorcycle... hence the bumpy ride... but i hope you all enjoy seeing her in action.... i sure enjoyed cruising around tampa with her for a few hours....
and remember... less then a year and counting and you could be driving one....
this one looks good... its is proportional but not widescreen so you dont get to see as much....
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ok4ClQ8gv7g
this one was the widescreen version, squished into standard format by google video....

It sounded good but they told me it has been quieted down on the prototype. This is the v8 manual.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like there were two black camaros parked next to each other (second link, 55 second mark)?

It was all so good it looked like it was staged!
How convenient that the Camaro should wait for the cameraman (or should that read Camaroman) to cue up before it pulls out of the parking bay.
Nice shots from the motorbike, an unhindered view from the rear. Interesting the driver made no attempt to get away from the bike.
Yes I am cynical. But I love your efforts Leroy!!!

yes, there are two black Camaro prototypes.
ok so here is the breakdown.... the first pictures leaked last week.... the guy said he saw them in Tampa on Fletcher... well I live 5 min from there so I went out right away (11pm) and spent 2 hours searching parking lots of hotels looking for the cars... and I found them... three covered cars that all had very distinct body lines. not to mention a Lumina that had what looked like stereo amps attached to the hood and a brand new Tahoe were parked there. the Lumina turned out to be a Lumina body, Holden frame/ suspension, and Camaro drive train and the things on the hood were systems that monitored individual cylinder input pressure, and air/fuel of each cylinder. i.e. the first test mule. anyway... I went home, slept for 5 hours and got up at 6:30 to go back. I waited there another 2 hours till someone came out... I talked with the guys for a while... again not engine talk other then 'you will not be disappointed' and the headlight and interior are not at all what will be on the final car... ect.... but all in all nice guys... when it looked like they were going to be leaving I got into a good position and waited.... and then followed them around for over 2 hours... filming what I could.... and really just enjoying the fact that i was out cruising with the new camaro...
so if I you want to ask questions.... go ahead... im no guru but i will try...
and enjoy the video...

Great job!
One little request....next time, please ditch the music and just let us listen to WHATEVER we can hear from the car.
Thanks.

That means those mufflers are not the production pieces (talked about in another thread, about how they are too visible in the rear).
Nice job on the video...it's nice to see it on the road finally.
