Guess I'll start it off?
This is an old soundclip taken on a cell phone recorder so the quality sucks. The idle was set at 900rpms at the time, stock cubes, ported heads, 22x/23x dura custom grind with .57 lift w/ all supporting mods and full UMI suspension. It now idles happily at 800 so now it chops a bit more. Going through pacesetter emisionless LT's, no cat's, magnaflow 3" x-pipe, magnaflow dual 3" in/out muffler.

BRE Cam. Slightly larger than a LE1.5. PCMforless Tune. Runs strong, no numbers till spring. Tracks are closed and the car is getting put away before the ****ty winter weather so no dyno #'s yet. It pulls hard to 6200-6300ish though. Decent driveablity. Only is annoying in traffic or chugging at idle through a parking lot. With an A4 the surge would be totally gone I think. Or possibly a little more work on the <5% throttle in the tune.

General consensus is with the cut out open (always), it sounds mean as hell and it runs strong. I've yet to have a passanger not seem suprised with how quick it is for what is into it.

runs hard, no loss of low end (like i was expecting), barely bucks at all, extremely driveable. idles around 900 hot without a problem.

I run a Comp Cams small base circle solid roller @ 0.050" 257/261, 104 CL, 0.657"/ 0.657".
Car ran in sig the first time out with no tweaking, leaving at idle, shifting @ 6000 rpm because of an opti failure (should make power up to 7300 rpm).
Got a new sheet metal intake, mono blade, F.A.S.T. system, tweak the suspension, actually shift the car in the rpms....
Here it is at idle....

Are you looking for one? The one I ran in this vid in my sig is a Comp Xtreme Street solid roller 254/260 .622/.628 112 LSA. Lingenfelter heads and 396 inches of LT1 baby! The cam is for sale btw with springs. PM me if interested. This was an NA pass but things are gonna change next year...

untuned idle vid:
http://videos.camaroz28.com/search/l...6e01825771.htm
on the dyno tuning it:
http://videos.camaroz28.com/video/55...f10176477b.htm
355 LT4, 263/270, .674".686", 112+4
CPT trans, Yank 4k+ stall, 12 bolt 4.30's
Haven't run it yet. It made 401 on the dyno thru an unlocked converter. It should go 10's on the track. At least that's what I am shooting for.
