Slight Navbar Clean Up
To go with the new User CP, I also cleaned up the rest of the nav bar. Some things were very redundant so I did some cleaning and consolidating.
If anyone has any technical problems or glitches, please post them in the Site Help and Suggestions forum.

Folr some reason after deleting old items, the window box no longer automatically goes away unless I click somewhere else on the screen. This is with IE7 on Vista 32.
