2007/2008 Camaro Concept Show Schedule - LATEST AND GREATEST, ALWAYS UPDATED
(Last updated 2-28-08)
Here is the latest and greatest Camaro Concept show schedule for major auto shows through April, 2008.
MOST RECENT UPDATES ARE IN RED!
IT IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS ALWAYS TENTATIVE. THERE HAVE BEEN INSTANCES WHERE THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM A SHOW WITH LITTLE OR NO WARNING DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES OR DAMANGE OR SCHEDULE CHANGES. IT IS CRUCIAL THAT PEOPLE CHECK BACK TO SEE IF SCHEDULE HAS CHANGED.
NOTE: Bumblebee is off the show circuit to "Save the world, once again"..... Paramount has begun production of Transformers 2

How can Toronto be left out of this schedule??? I'm sorry, but it might be nice for people in the area to get to see the car that is going to be being built here in another ~18 months!? What about the people who will be building it?????
So last year we got the red "dummy" car, and this year ... nothing??
Oh, and while GM did have the (RED) car present at the plant in Oshawa when they made the official announcement about it being built here, they didn't have the brains to keep the car in town a couple more days for Autofest, which is a 3-day car show held at none other than GM Canada Headquarters!!! I thought it would have been "brilliant" timing to announce "hey Oshawa, guess what we're building, and look ... here it is!"
And since I wasn't able to make it to Detroit this year .....
[/rant]
... looking forward to 2009.

Awesome! I'm pleasantly surprised that the 'vert will be making its first stop in Houston, especially since we didn't even get the silver car last year! I'm going to do my best to be one of the first Houstonians to see it!!

Doesn't look like it.
Sucks because last year we had the Red concept with no interior or motor. Then the people over at the Challenger stand did their presentation and they were like, ".....and unlike the Camaro over there, this one runs." And they started it up and revved the motor a bit - the Dodge folks cheered.

Actually, the red coupe was at the official GM Canada announcement in Oshawa last year and at the annual GM Show 'n Shine at the St. Catharines engine plant 3 days before that Monday announcement.
Still was looking forward to seeing the 'vert here though!
Best regardSS,

Sometimes, the concepts are needed for other GM business and show appearances get cancelled.
