Question If I am trapping 102 now...where will I be after the True Duals go on?

Well as of now now (mods in sig), it ran a 13.64 @ 102.32 w/ 2.09 60' (on street tires)
I know there is a 13.4 in it as it sits. I am planning to put on my Hooker Long Tubes, X-Pipe, and Bullet Mufflers before the track closes for one last day.
What do you think my trap speed will be after the True Duals? Ahhh...what the hell...with a REAL good launch....what about my ET? (OMG I dont believe I juts asked that question)

Just wondering...thanks

Well i don't see any headers in your sig,so going from a flowmaster and stock manifolds i would say your going to gain alot. With a great launch i don't see any reason why you wouldn't run in the 12s and the mph may come up as high as 108 since you are running a 6sp.Anyway i may be way off but that is my guess, hope you get it or do even better.Good luck.

Yeah...I'm going from nothing to the LT's...but I never for once thought I would gain THAT MUCH...would I?
I'm not doubting you...but does anyone else have any experience going from manifolds to LT's?

Thanks

You will probably gain around 5mph in the quarter.

I gained 5mph and .4 with FLP long tubes, off road pipes, and a fully closed borla. I did loose some low end tork but the car is now a little easier to hook (M6 and 4.11's). If I cut a sub 1.90 60' the car breaks into the 12's.

Well i still think you will gain 5-6 MPH because the LT headers,X-pipe and true duals are a very good mod, they will add torque and HP through the entire power band which will make the car feel very strong. You will definitly feel this mod BIG time and as for running 12s the only thing that will keep you from doing it is traction. After you do get this done and run it at the track let us all know.

I didn't gain much when I went to my long tubes and Mufflex Y-pipe. Only about .5 mph, but the car was alittle out of tune and the Borla was wide open. I figure the exaust was alittle too "big" for the set up...not for my new set-up though

Andy

PS= You will LOVE the sound of this set-up....all my friends cream themselves when I do a high rpm burnout for em...IT'S LOUD!!!
