fuel line routing options....
I want to run braided lines in place of my stock lines. i have the poor mans AN adapters to connect to the stock fuel rail kn the stock location. that works for me and my budget. BUT, i hate how the stock fuel lines run all the way across the top of the drivers side engine baye with giant "caution" stickers on them. Is there any sure fire way of routing the braided lines to make them look nice? pics please!!!! i can't find what i want in the searches

There is a company that makes a braided line kit for our cars. I still have the email at work from quite a while ago, but can't remember the name of them.

I didnt mind the stock location of where they came out, I made up a bracket and welded that fast and put 2 bulkhead fittings in there.

Very nice install. I like the addition of the bracket where they come through. I have a kit(that I have not installed yet) from http://www.performanceplumbing.com/FuelLineKits.html
It is a nice kit, but it does route in the same location as stock AND makes you delete the return.

I needed that box out to get the angle right comming into the engine bay, if i didnt angle them down like that they would have hit the hood.

the small one there is my return line, I dont have any emissions on my car now so the third line that went back to the charcoal canaster is gone.

yeah, how did you get rid of a fuel return line? you'd have to convert to an integrated fuel pump/pressure regulator mounted in the tank like the new vettes. anyway, i like where the fuel lines come out of the inner fender from the factory.... i don't like how they route all the way across the top of the drivers side engine bay to the back of the fuel rail.

lethal, thats a decent setup but it requires that you run a really long vaccum line over to the regulator.

that didnt matter to me, its one of the only choices I had for a clean fuel line set up, Im just going to run a line around the fire wall up around the fender to keep that clean.

My braided supply and return lines come up right in front of the firewall, and are virtually invisible. The regulator is mounted under the cowl. The return line does come off the diagonal cross-over, so its not completely out of sight. The EVAP purge line has been eliminated.

my supply comes up the pass side fire wall, rails run in series and the return goes to the reg and then a -6 return down the drivers side firewall
