Please include an oil pressure gauge.

Im sure they will. Because all sports cars need one.(id say all cars actually.) But my cobalt doesnt have one. Now I have to get one. I modify my interior. Which I dont want to do. So please GM. Include an oil pressure gauge. Im sure everyone will be willing to pay the 30 dollars more for it.

Yeah I'm sure there will be one.
Either a manual gauge or incorporated into a DIC.

Yeah, I would like to see a gauge as well. I was a little disappointed when my Grand Prix didn't come with one.

There must be an oil pressure gauge... that is easily visible without having to press any buttons to view it. (or having to bend your head under the console for that matter!)
There is absolutely no compromise on this for me and I have every faith that Chevrolet recognizes this as a basic requirement of the trackies who will be flogging this car on the road courses of this continent.
Mustang may have a drag racing focus, but road racing is in Camaro's DNA - and has always has been, since Day 1 with the original '67 Z28.
In my mind, I can't think of any reasonable justification for not having an easily readable oil pressure gauge in the cockpit of this car, given Camaro's heritage and the car's target market.

Best regardSS,

Elie

... then they darn well better have one in a HUD! Having a single oil pressure gauge down there with no alternative, makes as much sense as having a foot-operated emergency/parking brake on a manual transmission car instead of a hand operated one, AFAIC. Hell if you're gonna put a feature in a car, at least it ought to be useful rather than decorative.

Elie

I would be very, very suprised if they ran a fuel pressure guage. Its not as much of a necessity/concern as an oil pressure guage.

So would I, I really don't think it is needed in a factory vehicle. I doubt the General really cares if we are going to run nitrous, superchargers, or turbos and need to monitor our fuel pressure at all times.

They've came with oil pressure gauges for many years, I don't see why they would not include one on a 5th Gen...but an at least, optional, fuel pressure gauge, would be a selling point...especially in a top engine model.
Fuel pressure is also a critical "daily" item, especially in diagnosing drivability problems...not just for us modders.
