Victim car detailed

This was my first attempt at the porter cable (before pics in the Christmas came early thread). This car was in BAD shape. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the worst) this car was a 9. I did 2 passes with the #83 and 2 passes with the #80. I'll try to get some daylight pics later.

Now here it is with 2 coats of zaino after the PC. I know its hard to see the diff, but you can see it in person, and its soooo much smoother. Can't wait to get it in the sun.

What kind of pad, what speed, and what guide did you read prior to starting?

Everything i read made me believe the porter could rip straight through the metal, it took a bit for me to learn how to get it to really work. Just keep working at it.

Looks good for a first run though.

I used a yellow megs pad with the PC set to 5. No guide, just observing someone who is really good with it.
