side exit

Anybody have any pics, or opinions on dual side exit exhaust before the tires on a camaro?

they have a setup like that on ls1sounds.com with the boomtubes under "custom"

I have saw a few setups between here and ls1tech in the last few months. If you do a search for "side exhaust" or something similar you are sure to come up with a picture or two. It doesnt seem to be a very common thing. For one, ground clearance maybe an issue. Also, getting it to look worth a **** would be a task. I ran long tube headers into a maybe a foot of 3" pipe with 45 degree angels, and another foot or so of pipe. This pretty much had the exhaust coming out a few inches from the sides of the car. Ground clearance was ****. Just imagine lowering your car 3.5"s. Thats where my exhaust was hanging at.
