19" x 8" => 245 tires ???

http://www.bozeforged.com/boost.html

My previous wheels are all 18" x 9", now I want all 19". I'm not a ricer or anything. The design is different, so its required to get 1" bigger than my old wheels. The rears will be 19" x 10", but the fronts 19" x 8". I will probabily use 245/35/19 fronts and 295/30/19 rears. I'm sure the rears will be ok. But the fronts?

BTW I talked to Zak, and he said that he can use 19 x 9.5 front and 19 x 10.5 rear, but then he have to build 3 piece wheels So a little pricey.. Finally we decided to go with 2 piece wheels and 19" x 8" front and 19" x 10" rear.

My car with my previous 18" x 9".

tire diameter works out to 25.75" front, and 25.97" rear....less than 1% difference...should be fine.

as for how they will look....to each his own...:blah:

The tire sizes you mentioned will fit fine. I like the design of the new wheels but 19" might be a little big for my tastes. Is that a RKsport body kit you have? Any more pictures of it?

Your wheels are 2 pieces? I don't know why it can't be 19" x 10" for all wheels, but I'll ask.

There sure are some good looking wheels on this page. I like the new ones that the OP is getting and the 19x10's on that black car look gorgeous. BTW Chuckys95, you're the guy whose cardomain page I used as a guide for my T/A door panels. Thanks.

I asked Zak why he can't use 19x10" for front wheels too. He said that 19"x10" would be to wide for the front suspension, the wheels would rub when I turn the wheel.

LOL !
mine don't rub in the front one bit (19x10)....and i even have a 2 inch drop.
some wheel manufacturers are afraid to try something a lil more on the edge, so they stick to what the norm is.
call john at www.ccwheel.com and ask him, he will let you know honestly.
also, mine are one complete piece wheels.....each wheel is cut from one solid piece of forged aluminum, not a center with an outer hoop welded to it.

Hey here is the email that I received today

I made a mistake you can go with 19x10 on the front. I looked on our fitment database and we've built 19x10's for the front of a car like yours. So let me know if you would like to go with 19x8 or 19x10 for the front.

So I will go with 19" x 10" for all wheels. What do you think about the wheel?

the rears had around a 3 inch lip, they were the 3 piece series and cost me around $3k . they were that cheap cause IFORGED was just starting up and they were offering some pretty good deals.
i doubt that you will be able to find many wheels companies that can get a 3-4 inch lip on the rears and still have them tuck under like they do, IFORGED is one of the very few that do this.

I talk to Zak from Boze Alloys and he told me the fronts will be 1.5" lip and the rears 3" lip. We dealed around 2500$ for 2 pieces chrome.
I really liked your wheels to and they are very similar right.

Iforged now sells for $1k each....glad i got the deal when i did.
Boze/ZE Forged is a great company also, so you shouldn't have any problems.

post some pics when you get'em !

if i do another set of Iforged or ZE Forged, i will definetly get the same style but with black centers.
do you have your Z over there in Europe?
i heard that american muscle cars over there are kinda rare and are attention getters...lol !
