what fuel injectors?

hey, i have a 94 z28 with all boltons. Headers, CAI, LT4 km, otvc plug wires, 373 rear, 160 thermostat, 1.6 crane rockers, lt4 valvesprings, and some suspension. I need some injectors. Should I get the svo 30lb, or is that too much, and would ls1 injectors be perfect for my combo? Thanks

LS1 injectors won't be any "bigger" at the lower stock fuel pressure of an LT1. Judging by your mods, you're fine with the stock injectors. But if you want to go bigger (in anticipation of future mods, H/C, etc.), something in the 32lb range is OK, and a logical step up that will work to over 400HP. SVO 30's (rated at 39psi fuel pressure) flow closer to 32's at the LT1's 43.5psi fuel pressure. Your PCM will need to be reprogrammed for the larger injectors, otherwise your car will run rich.

I would just stick with stock replacements. There are SVO injectors rated at 24# as well, it would then eliminate the need to have tuning done.

What makes you think you need injectors?

If you do decide to replace them...30#s will give you room for future mods.
