Just a powertrain mule so far. From people who have seen the production model, Im hearing the visual changes on this will not amount to much. Has some big fat pipes though.

They are nice cars. My sisters godfather just bought one, too bad he didn't wait it out a little now that the LS4 looks like its going to make its way in there.

I thought I read about a new car coming out from Buick that would actually market well side by side with the Lexus ES, rather than just look like the bargain bin alternative? I saw some pics and it definitely looked much better than the LaCrosse.

 

Wow those big rims make it look like a monster truck. Interesting to see the mule but when do we get to see the real thing?

When buick created LaCrosse they specifically said it was to compete with the ES. Though evne they seem to have realized they fell short and a while back I heard commercials compariing the Lucerne with it, instead - which matches its price quite a bit better, but I'm not sure about the rest of the vehicle...

 

How can Buick release a "Super" model without portholes?

It has portholes, I've seen production cars.
