I overtightened my waterpump on my 98 3800 do I have to start over?

I changed the waterpump yesterday. It said to take it down to 11 lbs then another 80 deg turn. I accidently took it down 180 deg after. Do I have to start over? Can I back them out 90 deg with out it leaking? I wont be able to do anything about it till tomorrow at the earliest and later is its raining... Thanks in advance
