how can I tell if my car was tuned?

I bought my 95 z28 from my dad's friend about a year ago. He had said that the car was dyno tuned for a borla catback, high flow cat, and CAI. Since I purchased it I have done headers and a few free mods. My question is how can I confirm that the car was tuned? I am looking for easy modifications to do but am running out and a mailorder tune still may or may not be an option

I would think that it would be impossible to tell unless you had the tuning software or had someone look with tuning software and compare it to a stock file.

That is what I am thinking. I am trying to find the cable to buy so I can e-mail the tune to Ion. Where do I find the cable that has a USB connector on one side and the OBDII connector(even though its a OBDI) on the other?

I bought a cable from www.Mastach.com. It was the cheapest place I could find and it doesn't matter what year you have, his cable still works. Now, for the USB end, I'm not sure about that, but I'm sure you could find a serial to USB adapter at a computer store or something.
