Will Z-18 Claybar kill water spots?

I'm about to detail the bitch this weekend and I have baked on water spots that won't come off with dawn. Will the Z-18 claybar get rid of it? If not, what will? Thanks!

A claybar or distilled white vinegar may remove the spots. If not, they're likely etched in the clear. In that case, you will need a paint polish to remove them.
