What is Podcast?
Is podcast a video used on iPod Video?

No, it's basically a weekly radio show we do here that is in mp3 format. You can subscribe to it through Itunes (if you have an Ipod), or can just download each show

There are video podcasting shows out now called Vidcasting that do the same thing.
