Unless you're willing to run Koni's, I wouldn't run them.
I have springs w/comperable rates and they are pretty stiff. The rear rates are too high IMO.
If you're looking for track springs they'd be great, but I'd bet you'll tire of the rough ride on a daily driver.

 

what would you recommend? i have a broken rear spring so i figured i'd upgrade at the same time. i don't want to lower the car really (i drive over big speed bumps everyday and it scapes the exhaust at stock height) but at the same time i want a stiffer spring. yes i know that a 1LE spring is what i need but can't find any i will be upgrading the shocks anyway (they're toast anyway)

 

These are the best quality springs on the market. They are the only ones using the VVS Alloy material which makes them lighter than any other spring available per rate. The spring rates were designed with the help of Lou Gigliotti. As for people saying the springs rates are to stiff in the rear it really depends on your philosophy on setting up a car for performance and what your intensions are with the car. We do not like to use bigger rear bars on our cars like other tuners. The problem you can run into with running a bigger rear bar is inside tire tends to lift during cornering which will hurt your cornering speed and corner exit acceleration ability. We prefer to run higher rates and softer bars. These are a performance spring and not just the typical look good lowering spring. Greed4Speed is right that these springs will stiffen up the ride but they will also give you great performance and reduce under-steer so again it really depends on what you're trying to accomplish. Honestly, if I was to buy some now it would be Hotchkiss, BMR, or cut down 1LE.
If you like the stock height, get a replacement stocker. Better shocks will make a nice difference.

I drive my car daily, thats why I say the rear rates are too high. That is where most of the harshness was coming from. I put my stock springs with the heaterhose mod back on the rear just to see and the ride improved greatly and it still handles very well. Accelerate aroud or out of a corner and hit a nice bump and feel the hop and jar from those rates in the rear and you'll understand where I'm coming from. Even from just driving on the street you can feel it.

He has in the past suggested Tokico because thats what he wants to sell. I guarantee the springs will control the Tokicos instead of the other way around. IMO, they are inadiquate for anything other than stock/near stock springs. Again, this coming from having them on the car I drive daily with similar springs.

 

honestly i would love to go 1LE but as i said before i can't find any but i'd rather get something stiffer than stock but again i'm stuck as i have to drive over big speed bumps everyday and they only lower it 1.2" which is the least i can find.

 

The ones I mentioned only drop an inch. If you can find some SLP springs they drop 1/2".
