Nope.

This was dismissed at least a month or two ago as an artists concept for a Lincoln quad coupe (I had found the artist's site with this picture even). I'll let someone else do the search for it.

For some reason I just got a flashback of the promo video where everyone thought there could be a "secret message" GM was sending.

"OMG, its teh new Camaro interiorz!!11!!!!!1!one!!"
