Johnny I think you have a nerve and should be ashamed of yourself for trying to scalp a $49.00 ticket for $500.00 on this board.

Not my tickets, put it up for a friend, i don't think it makes a difference where they are put up, the things are all over ebay and the papers anyways.

Would you still complain if they were posted at a price that was more appealing to you???

I have tickets but I believe the board is a place to pass on good info and deals not scalp tickets for your greedy friend who wants 10X face value. You passing the word gives you a somewhat dubious reputation in some peoples eyes.

Re: U2 floor tickets for sale (apr.29th)

I just put it out there for anyone who might want to go, i am not going to tell someone what to set there prices at, i personally think it is way too much for that concert but some people have money to burn and realyl like there music.

"Dubious Reputation in peoples eyes".... I don't think anyone else cares, there not interested in the tickets so they don't post about it. Your welcome to your opinion though.

[QUOTE=Goblin355C4]Hey Drum....chill out man!!! Them playing 2 nights I'd bet floor seats might go for under a 100 bucks. Keep the brotherhood on the board and the riff-raff belongs somewhere else IMO. Peace out.

Re: U2 floor tickets for sale (apr.29th)

ur just jealous cuz u missed out and can't afford them now

If i could've bought U2 tickets i'd sell them too at whatever the market value is .. just put them on eBay .. people will slit each other's throats for them

I bought extra Jack Johnson tickets at $60 a pop and sold them for around $180 on eBay and I dont have a problem with that

Jealous? I bought mine on-line the minute they went on-sale and sold them to my friends for cost. Scalping here is total abuse of this board, how would you feel if you bought one from Johnny's friend for 5 brown ones when the guy next to you got in for a red one. I guess Mr. Moderator has the right to illegal activities on this board. Anyways, I'm done on this topic and no offense to you Johnny as I only stated my out-spoken opinion.

Re: U2 floor tickets for sale (apr.29th)

I don't see why you can't pick up on the simplest point on all of this, i don't know if you are just finding reasons to get another post added to your count.

I put this information up here because I thought someone might be interested, they are not my tickets, I thought someone may be interested in going to the sold out show so I put up info whcih was given to me, if you have a problem with it get a badge and start busting scalpers at every event. My moderator title has nothing to do with it, if i had put a link up to some tickets from Ebay would it be any different??? I don't see what your big problem is with putting information about tickets for sale up here.

Now read this clearly this time since you seem to miss it in each post I make,
They are not my tickets

Re: U2 floor tickets for sale (apr.29th)

I find all the hype about U2 and that tickets are $500 to be totally rediculous.

U2 is not all that great anymore.
Back in the day when they weren't schpooling out a bunch of crap and they actually made decent albums, the concerts I saw them at went for around $30-50 Max!

Now that they are washed up has beens people think it would be worth it to pay more......
