Bad Seller DHIROCZ

He has had my money I sent for a center console insert for 2 weeks now. I have no problem with waiting a week or two if I'm told to, but I was initially told that it would be sent out right after he received money. Now I'm being told that its hard for him to remove it since he was in an accident recently (before he accepted my money) and that since I sent the money to his parents house its taking a while. There has pretty much been no communication from him depite my numerous IMs.

His info is as follows:
David Hale
6001 Defoores Rd
Tallahassee, FL 32305

He is in the Army and stationed at Ft. Bragg, NC and is in the 18th FA.
I'm hoping this will get the ball rolling, as I really hate to make this type of post, but he won't respond to my IMs anymore.

David is a good guy. I'm SURE he is not ripping you off. Granted, 2 weeks is a bit long but not tragic. He's an army guy and he might be having some problems related to that. Give him a little more time, I'm sure he'll come through.

I hope so, I just would appreciate some sort of communication. Last I heard he was calling his parents to see if the money got there (which it did 10-12 days ago)

Madwolf, if he is a good guy contact him and get him to uphold his part of the deal. Military or not he needs to be responsible to the buyer and to this forum. If he can't send the console in a prompt manner he needs to communicate that and/or send the money back to the buyer. I have been in and out of the military and it is not much different than a civilian job unless you are deployed. Take the time and make this deal good.

...if you really wanna be a dick..you can go to/call his command...talk to his CO(commanding officer) and...you will get your money back..if you wanna go through all the trouble.

Why does everyone think that calling a CO is the way to go? I wouldnt go running to your boss if you didnt send something? Its people like you who are ****ing idiots. And yes, being in the military is a LOT different then the civilian life... tomatocity... you must have been an admin guy.

I'm not going that far, not yet anyway. It's only $15...so I'm not terribly worried about the money, I just need the part for a project I'm working on, and this is holding me up.

Again, still no communication from him. I've IMed him the link here and haven't gotten a response yet.

Dont you think a CO has more to worry about then that ****? My CO would hang up the phone. He is in charge of over 200 people, and 11 $52 million dollar jets... as soon as you say something about $15, hes going to hang up on you.

..actually no..its not the point of 15$ or 500$ its the point of "money problems" the military hates that...my CO..in charge is 12 $45million jets would have a problem with one of his people being a scumbag. I know a kid in my squadron go to mast over 100$ that he wouldnt pay someone and they took it out of his pay. now 15$ isnt much..(and i didnt know it was only 15$ at the time) so who knows.

I didnt say it wasnt... but seriously... if you want to waste the time of someone who has more to worry about than that, then whatever... people bitch about taxes being so high, then think about that stupid ****. I watched a guy go to mast and is currently sitting in the brig cause of **** like this... was it really worth the thousands of hours that went into putting him into the bring over a couple hundered bucks? Think about the taxes you pay and what its being WASTED on if you make that call.

OK, this is starting to piss me off. I have been communicating with you. I sent you several IMs stating that you could call me with my phone number, and I also responded to your post here:

And you have failed to contact me directly. I left you an option to get back with me and I'd refund you the $15 MO (which wasn't cashed) if you felt like you wanted to go that way. That goes for anyone, I have other people I have to square away too. That's why I stopped parting the car. I've been dealing with plenty of legal issues, medical, and as far as work goes, fielding new equipment and deployment. So I'm sorry, but I can't say the $15 part has been too much of a priority, especially given my lack of transportation. The ball is in your court. You just haven't decided what to do yet. Let me know so we can get something going...because no, I haven't heard anything back yet.

The only IM I got from you with your number was last night. I will give you a call when I get back to my office if you would like. I just want the part shipped out by the end of this week/beginning of next, or my money back. I don't have a problem waiting for something if I'm told to wait, but being told something will be sent right out and then not hearing anything for 2-3 weeks is just not acceptable in my book. I understand things happen, I parted my Z28 out after being rear ended at 45-50mph with a broken bone in my neck, but I let people know it would take a week or two for them to get their things.

At any rate, I really want this insert more then my money back, just tell me when you can ship it out ASAP and I'm fine with that.
