Hows insurance rates on your Z28s? Curious..

I am curious how much you all are paying out for insurance, mainly 18-24 year olds, per month and how clean your driving record is with it. Trying to get an idea on how much a 96/97 Z28 would cost me per month at my age with a mint driving record, multivehicle discount, and since I am a college boy my "academic" discount will help also.... Just want to get a general idea of where I'd be looking to spend. I'm paying around $73/month right now on my 95 V6 Camaro...

don't get used to that 75 bucks a month, i'm in the same situation, 21 y/o male, perfect driving record, multi car discount, but not academic discount. The car is under my dads name, and it is still 145/month... oh well...you gotta pay to play. I still love it.

Wow, I feel sorry for you f-body boys. My 89 notch + my 94 astro van is $100/month.

Back when I was looking at a (then) brand new 01 cobra vert, I was quoted at $100/month including a multi discount (I was 24 then).

I'm now 23, and my '02 Z28 currently costs me ~$250/month, although that's down from as high as ~$390/month a couple years ago. That's for full coverage (obviously) and I only have 1 ticket on my record from 2002. Here's how the insurance has gone since I bought the car though:

June '02 - June '03: $276/month
June '03 - Dec. '03: $392/month
Dec. '03 - June '04: $346/month
June '04 - Dec. '04: $310/month
Dec. '04 - current: $260/month (however, I currently have the car off the road for winter, and I think it's dropping by ~$10 when I put the insurance back on in the spring).

It sucks being this age, driving a Camaro, and living in Ontario. They're raping everybody up here on insurance.
