Wiring Diagram Look Good??
Wiring Diagram Look Good??
I just got a NX wet kit from here and it didnt come with wiring instructions. So I used the wiring setup on page 3 diagram 2 of this page. should this work fine? http://www.barrygrant.com/fromBarryG...PI-NITROUS.pdf Also I dont have a full throttle pusbutton but I have a Jimmy jams WOT is that the same?
Re: Wiring Diagram Look Good??
Yes, that wiring diagram should be fine, since all solenoids work the same. If you're looking for NX specific instructions, they can be found here:

Re: Wiring Diagram Look Good??
BTW Where should I hook up the switched power supply inside the car. Is the ORANGE wire under the shifter good to splice into?
Also I just checked the system I dont have to switches hooked up yet, but I put the wire that hooks up to the switches to the orange on the cig lighter (just to test). The car was running and I have No nitrous in the bottle yet but the fuel is hooked up. It started making clicking noises and a little fuel sputs out. Iam I in trouble?? I thought the fuel would spray out? or does it spray out when you get the nitrous and fuel mixed?

Re: Wiring Diagram Look Good??
The wire you use should be able to handle the current from the nitrous system... I would use the ignition wire... Test the pink wire in the ignition harness. Make sure you fuse everything!!!! Use a meter, and make sure you solder into the right wire...
It's hard to say if you have everything hooked up correctly without looking at it, but with a small jet, the fuel doesn't usually "spray" out. The nozzle will atomize the fuel with the nitrous when they are mixed.
