I figured it would be a handy thing to have as much as I have through ice and everything up here in north carolina, and I have a friend of mine with a '95 T/A with TCS that wants to get rid of his. How hard is it to install it in a non-TCS car? He says I can have any of the TCS parts as long as I disable his...he likes playing with the car and the TCS interferes. I want to put it in my '94 Z.

 

It is a PITA. I'll give you an idea:

Here are the parts you would need:

TCS/ABS module that is behind the dash on the driver side
Full TCS/ABS harness (inside the car, to the ABS pump, to the rear sensors)
Rear end from TCS car or, at least, the backing plates, axles, and brake lines
Dual brake lines that go to the rear of the car
ABS pump/prop valve assembly
TCS throttle control motor
Tuning in the PCM (some already have it programmed, some don't)

Even if you got the parts for free, the swap would take a couple of full days if you are very good with wiring and mechanicals. Bottom line, it's just not worth it IMHO.
