My friend has a Z28 and wants to know if he puts the SLP springs from an SS on his car will it lower the car any? Thanks!

He's not talking valve springs


SS Springs are the same I believe.

 

i put ws6 springs on my Z and it lowered the car about a half inch, they were stiffer, and it handled better.

 

Depends on what level of SLP if its level one it should be stock ride height and the springs are tuned for the weak shocks that were paried with it. NOw ws6 springs are stiffer than normal ones also. Try doing a search.
