Koni Drag Shocks with stock springs worth it.....?

Have the opportunity to pick up a set of just rear Koni Drag shocks. My rears now are fine but would these benefit me at the track with stock springs? Will I be miserable driving around town with these in?

Thanks guys

Re: Koni Drag Shocks with stock springs worth it.....?

i'd take them, and at that instant order some for the fronts. here's what i found out while waiting on the front springs for my qa1 shocks...i had stockers in the front that were "fine" and i had hal's in the back that were set to be a little stiff...when i hit a bump, the rear would hit, do it's bound/rebound thing, and it would happen quickly and abruptly. the fronts however would mush and take almost twice as long to settle. so the back would have hit the bump and recover twice as fast as the front would recover from the same bump, very noticeable and very annoying.

koni's rock, from what i hear any way
