3800 supercharged

Can i mount the 3.8L 3800 Series III Supercharged V6 :

1. In my car (will it fit or what would i have to do to make it fit)
2. To my automatic transmission (4L60-e)

1. NO!
2. if you did get it to fit it would bolt to a 3.8L RWD trans

you would have to go thru a whole mess of stuff to get it to fit apparently.. i personally have no experience with any measurements though

I am pretty sure that the 3800 SC is a dead idea, (swap wise), what you might want to look into is the grand national motor. I know it has been done in a 4th gen f-body.... but it will still be hassling, but packing it in the engine bay wouldnt be as hard as the 3800, which would be... well impossible, since the nose would hit the firewall I assume. I had a v6 for awhile, but I saved, and stepped up. If you realllllllly want to do a swap, and keep 6 cylinders, look into the GN motor. Good luck!

there are supercharger and turbo kits for the 4gen V6..... I didnt discover this untill I had done my V8 swap....... If your serious let me know and i will dig the info. back up for you......
